Welcome To A New Day In Banking At Sunrise Bank!

We have built this bank with you, our customer, in mind. We have recruited the very best banking professionals based upon their commitment to customer service, have invited investors who share our commitment, and — most importantly — we promise not to build and sell the bank. Just like you, we are all tired of being "acquired" by out-of-state institutions that do not understand our rich tradition of community banking and the personal way in which we treat our customers.

We are the first in Florida, and I believe the first in the nation, to offer "At Your Door Business Banking" to our business customers. With our 24-foot armored "bank on wheels" we will come to your business location to transact your banking business as often as your needs require.

We all look forward to serving you, and treasure your input and your relationship. We want to be your "bank of choice" now and long into the future.

Warmest regards,
The Sunrise Bank Team

NOTICE OF CHANGES IN TEMPORARY FDIC INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS

All funds in a “noninterest-bearing transaction account” are insured in full by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from December 31, 2010, through December 31, 2012.  This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to depositors under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.

The term “noninterest-bearing transaction account” includes a traditional checking account or demand deposit account on which the insured depository institution pays no interest.  It also includes Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts (“IOLTAs”).  It does not include other accounts, such as traditional checking or demand deposit accounts that may earn interest, NOW accounts and money-market deposit accounts.

For more information about temporary FDIC insurance coverage of transaction accounts, visit www.fdic.gov.
